Do you deliver anywhere in the world?
Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, with delivery available to customers across the globe.
How long does it take for watches to be made and shipped?
Once all parts are ready, each watch takes approximately 1 week to assemble. After assembly, shipping typically takes around 2 weeks, depending on the destination.
Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes. All of our watches include a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. If any issue arises with the movement within this period, we will replace it free of charge.
What does the warranty not cover?
Our 3-year warranty covers movement-related defects only and does not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. This includes issues such as physical damage, water damage due to improper use, scratches, strap or bracelet wear, and damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications. The warranty also does not cover loss or theft of the watch or its components.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept all major credit and debit cards for secure online payments. PayPal and Interac e-Transfer (EMT) are also supported; however, these payment methods must be arranged directly with us by contacting our team.
Where are you based and where do you ship from?
We are based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. While most of our watches are assembled in-house, primarily for North American orders, we also ship custom orders from our trusted partner facility in Hong Kong. The build quality remains identical across both locations, ensuring the same high standards for every watch.
This shipping process also provides the added benefit of eliminating any customs duties and fees upon delivery.
What happens if I have a problem with my watch?
We recommend inspecting your watch within the first 24 hours of delivery to ensure it has arrived safely and in perfect condition. If there is any movement-related issue, it will be covered under our 3-year warranty, and we will replace the movement free of charge within that period.
Can I customize my watch?
Yes. We offer a wide range of customization options to create a truly unique timepiece. This includes dial engravings, custom logos, caseback engravings, and the ability to choose or switch straps and bracelets. You can also select different rotors, as well as change or choose from various dials and cases to fully personalize your watch.
What materials do you use on your watches?
All of our watches are made of 904L Stainless Steel Cases & Bracelets, FKM Rubber Straps/Bracelets, & Sapphire Crystal Glass. Rust & Scratch Resistant!
