The watch is really nice. I’m happy the chronograph works
Honestly, I’m not very impressed with the watch. At first glance, it looks like a nice watch. But it’s not functional at all. It doesn’t hold the time about every 30 minutes. It stops working and you have to un twist one of the pins and press it to get it to start back up again, but it just will not stay running. And I know it’s not a high-end watch and I bought a Seiko watch before. And I absolutely love it. It’s been one of the best watches I’ve ever owned, but you can tell that this one is definitely a knock off.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we’d like to clarify a few important points. This watch is a chronograph, which includes a stopwatch function. The small subdial at the bottom displays the running seconds, while the pushers control the chronograph function. The large central "seconds" hand is used for the stopwatch and does not run continuously. This is normal chronograph operation and does not mean the watch has stopped working.
We’re disappointed that the watch was described as a knockoff. This is a Seiko mod, not a counterfeit watch, and we believe it’s important to understand the difference.
We’re also disappointed that you didn’t contact us directly about the issue. We would have welcomed the opportunity to explain how the chronograph works and help resolve any concerns. You also could have reached out to us about returning the watch.
