We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you decide to return your watch, please review the following terms carefully:

Returns must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the item. This policy applies exclusively to watches purchased individually at full retail price. All accessories, including hats, bracelets, and other merchandise, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
- The watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including all original packaging, accessories.

Customers are fully responsible for all return-related costs, including:
- Return shipping fees

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import/export fees
- We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement; after this period, cancellations can no longer be processed.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs, customs fees, and any return-related charges are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

3- Year Warranty only applies to all mechanical issues involving the watch movement. Warranty does not include any self-inflicted damage or water damage.
