Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you decide to return your watch, please review the following terms carefully:

  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • The watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including all original packaging, accessories.
  • Customers are fully responsible for all return-related costs, including:
    • Return shipping fees
    • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import/export fees
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.

  • Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement; after this period, cancellations can no longer be processed. A $25usd/ $35cad cancellation fee applies. 

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs, customs fees, and any return-related charges are non-refundable. A $25cad return fee will be charged. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Our Warranty only applies to all mechanical issues involving the watch movement. Warranty does not include any self-inflicted damage or water damage.
