Shipping policy

Products are prepared and tested within 3-5 days. Shipping may take 10-24 days. 

Some orders destined for the United States and Europe may be shipped directly from our partner facility in Hong Kong to reduce shipping time & customs fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is lost or remains in transit for more than 14 days after clearing customs, we will send you a replacement watch at no additional cost.

Duties & Taxes:

• Express Shipping: Any applicable duties and taxes must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
• Regular Shipping: Shipping is free and includes all duties and taxes (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP).
