We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. As previously discussed, we did offer to have both watches returned so we could inspect them and make things right. Unfortunately, before we had the opportunity to resolve the issue, chargebacks were opened and a refund was requested without allowing us to complete our normal warranty process.
Regarding shipping, we want to clarify that our U.S. orders are fulfilled through our Hong Kong parts partner. This is clearly outlined in our Q&A and allows customers to avoid import duties and receive their orders much faster. While many of our watches are assembled in-house, this fulfillment method is used specifically for U.S. orders.
We stand behind our products and are always happy to help when customers work with us through our support process. We’re sorry we weren’t given the chance to resolve this situation to your satisfaction.
Terrible customer service. Ordered another watch and if was defective this one is also defective it's impossible to set the time because when it press the pin to set the time it didn't click and you have to fiddle with it to click so in the end you end up not being able to line up the hand with the correct time. I didn't bother contacting them because with the first watch before even considering a return they decided it was my fault somehow that their 250$ watch broke the moment I opened the box. Terrible service. They drop ship from China by the way. Not hand build in Canada at all. No wonder the quality is bad.
